All OKEZE COLLECTION sales are final. We do not give refunds for any purchase. 


Exchanges

If for any reason your product is damaged upon receipt, you may request an exchange for the same product (if available) or a different product (of equal or lesser value) within 48 hours after receiving your product, less the shipping charge. 

To request an exchange, send us an email at info@okezecollection.com and we will provide exchange instructions. Please return items in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. 

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the exchange to be processed. 

OKEZE COLLECTION reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s).


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot guarantee and exchange if the original product was not received.
